Volunteer Liaison

Role: Coordinate and support all tournament volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all volunteers.
• Assign tasks and ensure volunteers have necessary equipment/information.
• Monitor and support volunteers throughout the event.
• Handle any issues or reassign volunteers as needed.

Pitch Manager

Role: Oversee the scheduling and smooth running of matches on assigned pitch(es).
Responsibilities:

• Ensure teams and match officials are ready on time.
• Manage pitch-side equipment (flags, posts, balls).
• Communicate with the tournament control for any delays/issues.
• Report match results promptly.

Parking Supervisor

Role: Manage on-site parking to ensure a safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
Responsibilities:

• Direct cars to designated parking areas.
• Maintain access routes for emergency vehicles.
• Assist in preventing congestion or unauthorized parking.
• Provide guidance to visitors on entry/exit points.

Registration Desk

Role: Manage player and team check-ins, ensuring a smooth start to the tournament.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome teams and confirm their registration details.
• Distribute tournament packs (e.g., schedules, tokens, team sheets).
• Handle any last-minute player changes or queries.
• Direct teams to changing areas and pitches.
• Provide general event information to attendees.
