Volunteer Liaison
Role: Coordinate and support all tournament volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all volunteers.
- Assign tasks and ensure volunteers have necessary equipment/information.
- Monitor and support volunteers throughout the event.
- Handle any issues or reassign volunteers as needed.
Pitch Manager
Role: Oversee the scheduling and smooth running of matches on assigned pitch(es).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure teams and match officials are ready on time.
- Manage pitch-side equipment (flags, posts, balls).
- Communicate with the tournament control for any delays/issues.
- Report match results promptly.
Parking Supervisor
Role: Manage on-site parking to ensure a safe and efficient flow of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Direct cars to designated parking areas.
- Maintain access routes for emergency vehicles.
- Assist in preventing congestion or unauthorized parking.
- Provide guidance to visitors on entry/exit points.
Registration Desk
Role: Manage player and team check-ins, ensuring a smooth start to the tournament.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome teams and confirm their registration details.
- Distribute tournament packs (e.g., schedules, tokens, team sheets).
- Handle any last-minute player changes or queries.
- Direct teams to changing areas and pitches.
- Provide general event information to attendees.
